BlueBadge approached boxChilli to get more conversions via the quote form. The client showed us that a high percentage of users were leaving the site early on in the quote process. 

By using HotJar, I discovered that users were confused using the old form as buttons were misplaced and key information was missing after entering a lot of information. During the discovery session, I noticed the original form didn't have any key selling points & trust signals. Knowing that a high percentage of their users were over 60, we wanted to show the user throughout the form filling process the key benefits, review score and to alert them that any payment made was 100% secure given confidence to the user.
